In keeping with the importance that Ivory Consult places on the role of institutions to build the society, our consultancy division is aimed at such institutions. The aim is to enhance and ensure the long-term viability (sustainability) and relevance of such institutions in our society. We therefore build capacity in institutions in the following operational areas: Legal, Technical, Managerial, Governance, Financial, and Planning. social and economic strengths that already exist within the institution. It also ensures that we formulate a capacity building process that is specifically suited to the client institution.
For example, to complement our WaterPro water distribution designs, we work alongside rural communities to put in place a Cooperative Society under which to manage their water project. The Cooperative model, when managed effectively and without external interference, provides an economically sound, legally binding and socially acceptable framework for managing a community water system sustainably.
