Ivory Consult Ltd. is registered with the National Environmental Management Agency (NEMA) in Kenya as a Firm of Experts.  This, together with our team of experts, enables us to perform environmental impact assessments (EIA) and environmental audits.  Again, our clients are both rural and urban clients, ranging from farmers and Cooperatives to industries and house developers. 

Ivory Consult is a member of the African Roundtable on Sustainable Consumption and Production (ARSCP) and the African Life Cycle Analysis Network (ALCAN).  We also advise government on the development of National Environmental Policy.

In all our consulting work, we identify the specific expertise needed for each project as outlined by the client and as assessed by ourselves. Thus, each project is handled by a carefully selected team of experts who are Ivory Consult Associates, and who are headed by an Ivory Consult Lead Consultant.  In keeping with our core values, our consultancy arm, as our business arm, designs solutions based on the client’s situation, not based on templates.
