We have a three-pronged approach to management of sustainability that include: First a Regional Program For The Management of Sustainability which is Implemented jointly with the Sustainability Challenge Foundation (SCF) of the Netherlands, based at Tilburg University. In addition we have a training program that aims to resolve multi-stakeholder conflicts through: Negotiations, Consensus building ,and Mutual Gains (“enlarging the pie”). Community Project Facilitation: Under this we have the Kisayani Water Project. Thirdly, we have the  Pre-Project Consultancies that include:
Investigation: We investigate and advise investors and/or donors on the viability and authenticity of the projects they desire to finance. If authentic and viable, we advise on recommended implementation steps.
